If you need to blend only a few times a year this is for you. There are better mixers and automatic ones available but this will save you alot of money. Speed is fine and cleanup is always a pain. Does have a bowl rest to keep the mess down.

Nice for the price. Wish the cord was removable. Would help for storage. Very powerful. I haven’t tried on bread dough, but for making a cake, be careful or you will be wearing cake batter.
