I have use it several times and works good and I can get away from using so much oil to fill it. It took a couple of times to get the heat right. But in the end the came out great.

I have a large deep fryer that I use for things like homemade corny dogs, flautas, etc but I wanted a smaller unit for a quick batch of fries and other small items. This works perfectly for that purpose. It heats up quickly and gets the job done. Since winter is coming on, I’m looking forward to trying it out for small stews and such. Recommended.
