Newer model that can be used for cold or hot frothing. Have only used it in hot mode. Produces excellent froth even using lowfat milk. Base is more streamlined than old models, but this means there is no true on-off switch (unit turns off on its own after some time passes). So it is a little easier to forget to turn off, resulting in “cooked” milk. Thankfully it is easy to clean.

I have had a few different style frothers, this one is the easiest because it’s so easy to clean, just rinse wipe and dry. It makes creamy froth perfect every time with a push of the button. It’s a good deal.
