I bought this for a friend from Spain who missed cooking paella in a proper pan – and if he gave it two-thumbs up I assume he knows what he’s talking about. The enamel surface is super smooth and rice at the bottom crisps up nicely

The enamel surface is super smooth and rice at the bottom crisps up nicely (“amazing socarrat”), and cleaning after was also a breeze compared to steel pans.

This was by far the best paella pan I have ever used. The soccarrat was perfect and the paella delicioso. If you own this pan you will be rewarded time and time again. This paella pan is top quality and essential for a great paella. Enjoy !!!
