The lids fit tight and are good quality plastic. No cracking or leaking. Just the right size for 1.5 scoops of powder, vitamins, or 2.5 tbs of noosh almond butter. I am not gentle with these as i throw them in bag on the go and never have a problem.

They came poorly packaged, as a result they came broken. They would have been very nice from what I can tell.
