I needed a nice large cooking pot for pasta and this one seems to fit the bill. I love that the cover has the straining holes in it so that I don’t need a separate colander. I also like that the handles and cover are able to be handled without using gloves because they have some foam coating that doesn’t get hot. I’ve had this pot now for about 2 months and it seems great so far.

I cooked pudding and sauces in this pan and nothing sticks. Just use hot water and they wipe out clean. I only use water and table salt to rice out and clean. If stains or off white spots appear, I add tbl. of vinegar and wipe with a paper towel and the pan looks as good as new!
