Excellent dual purpose for bakery work and as cutting board.

I threwaway the plastic cutting boards as the plastic gets cut into small layers and i suggest every one please dont use plastic boards as the knives will cut into them and plastic layer can get mixed into food. This set is exactly what i wanted, dries very fast and the stand is a bonus as i can save the space on counter top and also allows to dry on both sides. Go for it.
